Terms of use

These terms govern your use of Makidesign (https://www.makidesgn.fun), operated by Makidesign, a Royalty Group venture. By using the site or buying a prompt you agree to them. This is a starting template; have it reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

1. What you get

Makidesign sells written design prompts for 1 USDT each. We do not build, host or maintain websites, smart contracts or tokens. Results depend on the third-party AI builder you use.

2. Payment

Payments are made in USDT on the networks listed on the pricing page and are verified on-chain. One payment unlocks one prompt. You are responsible for sending the correct token on the correct network to the address shown. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by us.

3. Licence

Each purchase gives you a non-exclusive licence to use the generated designs in your own and client projects. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the prompts themselves, in whole or in part.

4. Web3 content

Prompts that include wallet connection, swap, staking, mint or sale interfaces produce front-end designs with mock data. They are not audited code. You are responsible for your smart contracts, security reviews and compliance with the laws that apply to your project, including any rules on token sales.

5. Third-party tools

Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Claude, v0, wallets and blockchains are independent services with their own terms. We are not affiliated with them.

6. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
