Refund policy

We want every 1 USDT prompt to be worth it. If it isn't, we'll make it right.

Prompt doesn't work

If a prompt you bought does not produce a usable result in a supported builder, contact hello@makidesgn.fun within 14 days with the transaction hash, the builder you used and a screenshot. We will fix the prompt or refund 1 USDT to the wallet that paid.

Wrong amount or network

If you sent USDT to our address on a supported network but the prompt didn't unlock (for example, you sent less than 1 USDT or paid twice), send us the transaction hash and we will unlock the prompt or refund the payment. Funds sent on unsupported networks or in other tokens may not be recoverable.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are sent in USDT on the same network, to the address that paid, within 5 working days. The prompt is removed from the purchase record once refunded.
